8 is infinity

8 more days to my enlistment. Yep 7th Oct it is haha. The sucky part is that I have to report at 9.30AM, Luckily enough my father planning to use his taxi to drive me to pasir ris. Good enough!

Haven't done my packing, although more or less I have the things that i've wanted to bring, just that it's scattered around my house lol. Call me wierdo or a no lifer. but im very excited to finally be able to experience NS. I still have this ns poster from 1995 that I've pasted on my cupboard ever since.

Everyday it reminds me that I'm closer to where every well-and-abled male singaporeans must go. Since I'm one, Might as well make the best of it right?
All this Time, years of Physique and willpower preparation ,This is the time.. Where I shine. =)

Just a small follow up from my Mayan post. To the mayans~
You don't decide when the world getst to be for better or worse.
The decider would be the one and only. The almighty. The merciful. The creator and the Destroyer.

And for that reason only. I shall live 21/12/2012 Like any normal day and expect nothing more, nothing less.
Like..
- Waking up late like i always do.
- Have my breakfast while facebooking.
-Play my games.
-Meet up with friends.
-Sleep in the afternoon.
-Eat. Drink.
- Go to school.
-Go for a jog.

Another challenge from YT. Though i find that its not much variety this qn leads.well Here goes. =)
Question is~~~

Killing or letting die

You have just one minute to make an agonizing choice. A runaway train is hurtling down the track where you are standing. Further down the line, too far away for you to reach, forty men are working in a tunnel. If the train reaches them, it is certain to kill many of them. You can’t stop the train. But you can pull the lever that will divert it down another track. Further down this line, in another tunnel, only three men are working. The death toll is bound to be smaller. The rails are humming and the engine noises are getting louder. You have only seconds to make a choice. What would you do? Justify your answer fully.

Answer: Divert the train to the other line and warn the 3 men. =)

Justify:Based on facts from the question itself. It certainly says its too far to reach the forty men "Further down the line, too far away for you to reach, forty men are working in a tunnel." Whereas as for the 3 men, the question didn't state that I am too far away to warn them "down this line, in another tunnel, only three men are working.".

Conclusion: Just divert the train and warn the 3 men. If they ARE indeed far away. atleast the casualties are lesser? hmmm....
